Policies

1. General Information

  • All our prices are nett and priced in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
  • There is no minimum purchase amount.
  • We do not charge Goods & Services Tax (GST).
  • No further discount will be given except during our sales period.
  • We reserve the right to adjust prices at anytime. Prices in effect at the time of purchase are final. No credits or adjustments will be issued for price changes.

2. How to Order

  • For fastest and easiest service, order online via our secure shopping cart. Simply add the items you want to your shopping bag and then click on "checkout". There will be instructions to guide you through the checkout process.

3. Payment Options

  • Payments have to be made within 7 days otherwise the order will be automatically deleted by our system.
  • We do not hold merchandise pending for payment. This applies to funds transfer, cheque/money order and cash on delivery.
    1. Payment by Fund Transfers (For Singapore Customers Only)
      Transfer the amount to our OCBC/UOB bank account. Details will be provided in our Order Confirmation Receipt.
    2. Payment by Cheque or Money Order (For Singapore Customers Only)
      We accept personal cheques and money orders in Singapore Dollars. Details will be provided in our Order Confirmation Receipt.
    3. Payment by Credit Card
      We accept VISA and MASTERCARD via WORLDPAY, You will be billed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and your credit card statement will report your purchase as 'MobileJuice Store'.
    4. Payment by Telegraphic Transfer

4. Shipping

  • All orders will be processed within 24 to 48 hours upon receipt of payments (or clearance of cheque if it is paid by cheque).

Shipping by mail (within Singapore)

  • We use SingPost for all our deliveries. Please allow SingPost to deliver in 1 to 2 working days.
  • Do make allowance for slower turnaround times for your orders during peak holiday/sale periods.
  • If you opt for normal shipping, we have no way to track the package once it leaves our office. We are not responsible for packages that are not sent by registered mail.
  • As such, you may want to register your package. It will be additional S$2.25 add-on to your shipping charges by SingPost. This option is available at the check-out. The registered post tracking number will be emailed to you.

FREE

  • Orders of S$100 and above enjoy free normal shipping. It will be sent by registered post with no exception, at S$2.25 payable by the customer. This is to safeguard your interest as we have recourse against SingPost in the event of loss.
    The registered post tracking number will be emailed to you.

Self collection (within Singapore)

  • You may opt to self-collect the order upon check-out if the order amount is S$80 nett and above.
  • You may self-collect at Bras Basah Complex or City Hall MRT.
  • We will contact you for arrangement.

Shipping to a different address

  • You may place an order to be shipped to an address other than that of your billing address.

Military and P.O. Box addresses

  • Due to shipper restrictions, shipping is not available for APO/FPO and P.O Box addresses.

5. International Orders

  • International orders must be paid by credit card.
  • Shipping charges will be the actual costs. It is dependent on weight and destination.
  • We will contact you on separate international shipping charges.
  • You have two shipping options:
    1. Shipping via courier services.
    2. Singpost Worldwide Air Parcel Services.
  • Tracking number will be emailed to you.
  • We do not charge any customs duties on international shipments. However we cannot guarantee that customs charges will not be applicable to your package when it reaches your country. We are required by law to declare the contents of international packages and to state the full value of the shipment, even if the package contains a gift. We are not responsible for these charges and cannot provide estimates as to what these charges may be. You may wish to contact your local customs office or post office for further information.

6. Confirmation of Order

  • We will email an order confirmation upon successful submission of the order within 24 hours, usually immediately.
  • If you do not receive the confirmation, please contact us so we may investigate.

7. Cancellation of Order

  • We will not entertain any cancellations once order is confirmed and submitted by the customer.

8. Out of Stock

  • We will do our best to ensure that the products shown for ordering on this site are available for shipping. However, out of stock conditions do exist occasionally. If an item is out of stock, it will be removed from your order. You will be issued a store credit in the amount of the difference.

9. Return/Exchange

  • All sales are final and goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. We do not exchange or refund if you change your mind.
  • We will gladly accept defective products for an exchange. We must be informed via email within 7 days from the date your purchases have been delivered.
  • Please be assured that your items will be packed with utmost care and nothing will be spared to ensure that the items reach the destination in good shape. However we are not responsible for mishandling during shipping process which is beyond our control.
  • For further clarification, please contact us and we would be happy to work out a successful resolution.

  • The images displayed on this website are copyrighted and trademarked by their respective owners and are displayed with the express permission of the copyright and trademark owners. Any reproduction without express permission from the copyright or trademark owner is a violation of law and is prohibited. MobileJuice Store disclaims all liability related to the unauthorized copying, reproduction, or other misuse of the images and products displayed.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitations of Liability

  • Although we carry many different manufacturers' products, we do not directly represent any manufacturer and act only as a reseller of the manufacturers' products. We consider the products we sell to be of the highest quality, but we must note that this is as per the manufacturers' specifications only. MobileJuice Store makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implies, as to the quality of any products shown on our website.
  • Despite our best efforts, colors may vary from those depicted due to the effect of the scanning/photography process as well as the variation in individual monitors. Henceforth, we cannot take responsibility for such differences.
