1. Are the downloads free?
Downloads found on the respective websites are not free otherwise stated. Each website has their own copyright.

2.I can't transfer (or sync) my songs / music videos to a portable music player.
Here are a couple of items to help you determine why you might be having these problems :
- Please ensure your portable music player supports Windows Media Audio (*.wma) or MPEG version 3 (*.mp3) format.
- Some of the older portable players may not supprt the current standards for music/videos purchased online, as they require a security setting on your player at a level of 1000. If you are considering buying a player, be sure to discuss this with the retailer or manufacturer.
- For ongoing issues, we suggest that you approach the manufactuer or support group of your player.

Please note : Apple iPod does not support Windows Media Audio (*.wma) file format, therefore you will need to follow a few recommended simple steps to enjoy the music purchased on those websites
- Open up iTunes > Edit > Preferences > Advanced tab
- Under the Advanced tab > Importing > change import using to MP3 Encoder
- Drag the music file to iTunes and it will prompt you about converting the file.
- Click Yes and iTunes will convert to MP3 format
If problems still persist, please contact your music player support group.

3. How do I purchase music/videos from MOBILEJUICE Store?
Please be inform that we do not provide downloading of music/videos of any kind. We operate as a Network Point whereby we searched and combined a list of reputable download sites for you to have an easy access to.

4. If I transfer (sync) albums/songs/videos to my portable music player, does this mean that I cannot play them on the PC on which I originally downloaded them?
When you transfer (port/sync) your music/videos into your portable music player, they remain saved on the PC you originally used to purchase and download them. Transferring will not delete the music/videos from your PC, so you can play them anytime.
